As a result, our manufacturing units are spread across 3 different strategic locations, each spanning around the city and are well – connected to aid seamless operations, also, ensuring “Business Continuity” provision in event of any crisis.

Guided by the tenets of LEAN methodology, the production line is orchestrated to effectively handle varied output of rubber components, like Diaphragms,

O-Rings ranging from micro 0.001 inches to mega 2000mm*1000mm dimensional accuracy. The production run is a living – proof of best performance between man & machine supported by industry proven quality and production practices, mainly comprising of the 3 salient aspects:


We place precision molding at the center of our manufacturing process, subsequently to the deployment of pivotal steps like Compression, Transfer and Injection to meet the customer specifications of make & measure.

Inbuilt quality controls throughout the system ascertains optimal temperature control and timer management at play, right from the very beginning of molding process. CNC machines combined with appropriate tool caliber and finest choice of raw materials are used to create suitable moulds from rubber materials.


This process leads the former step, wherein the blending of rubber materials is executed for the fitting compound and formulation of the downstream process application. Separate lines are leveraged for FKM (Viton) and other Elastomers to attain the required consistency.

Although, Elastomers use for the composite part are, as a rule, also the standard materials that are used for general moulded components in dependence on the application conditions. Technical Compounds for challenging applications is a strength attributed to years of experience in various fields.


Crucial step that serves as a tollgate to deliver a class – apart foundation, requiring all the compounds to be thoroughly tested for consistency and durability in our extensive proprietary Rubber Test Laboratory, whereby its expected to meet the defined thresholds to qualify as a “PASS” for next level of production. Moreover, testing due diligence is also carried out by Akron Laboratories and Government recognized body like, IRMRA for quality assurance standards certification.
